Ad is just an abbreviation for the word Advertisement, not an acronym, so both letters aren't capital, and an "s" at the end to make a word plural should always be lowercase, otherwise in the case of an acronym it will be seen as part of the acronym (as another initial).

I haven’t slept in over 24hrs because for some reason I’ve really struggled getting to sleep, more so than usual. A couple days ago, I didn’t sleep until 5am. The next day I just didn’t sleep whatsoever, and today I didn’t get any sleep either throughout the day. Although, I’m really happy that while watching this video, I got some shut eye for an hour or so before I woke up. (Usually I never wake up after I’m asleep.) I’m watching this again in hopes that I can go to sleep again so fingers crossed. Thank you, Glow x
