Just a heads-up for people with common animal phobias: - A snake appears here: 08:36-08:45, 12:23-12:35 - 54:52-55:11 and 57:57-58:10. Basically, if you watch from 12:36-54:50, you're safe. - A spider appears here: 08:22-08:36 and 58:10-58:22 If you watch from 08:37-58:09, you're safe.

Hey, there! 👋 Thank you for the questions. English is omnipresent here in Flanders on TV (no dubbing), radio and in advertisements. Kids get French and English classes from around 10 years old but I think many of them understand English before that age. I speak Dutch and English pretty fluently, whereas my French and German are what they call of an "intermediate proficiency level" meaning that I can hold my own in an everyday conversation but that's about it. 🙂
