Your meditation videos have legit helped me stay in a productive positive mode so much more regularly. Being aware of my physical state when anxious and the loops of negative thinking that lead me there has been life-changing. Thank you, Sacred. EDIT: I literally have been doing almost exactly what is taught in this video for the last 3~4 weeks (on my own, was just the natural way to proceed from prior meditation) and it has changed my life. Retraining your mind along productive and positive paths of thinking is not something you can accomplish in a day, but give it a month and you will see incredible gains.

I've been watching ASMR for sleep aid for years. this is the first of your videos I've crossed. there is a specific sinus cavity noise certain people have that trigger my relaxation. it's a low-mid flange frequency. not many have it. you do. on top of that: the music, the guidance, the beautiful accent, exploring the mouth noises in stereo, this is genuinely unique. i can tell you're doing what is proven to work, but also striving for something unique to your channel. never lose that exploration! ASMR walks a thin line between art and imitation. keep making art! great video! subbing!

This is Top Quality. I have previous experience with guided meditation/visualizations (sensory deprivation, music, voice, choice of words) and I know the power they have once they manage to crack into you. I gave this a try. Laid down. Headphones. At first the usual intrusive thoughts and restlessness but then it got me. Body asleep, mind awake. Went down tired, after 30 minutes felt rested. The audio and different effects are just beautiful. I do need to listen in only as there's so much going on in the video, I became more anxious. The audio though will be played numerous times a day now that I've found this. I often need a talking to for no self care. Thank you.

i just want to throw out there, that the volume of your voiceover and the music is overwhelming your asmr. not quite sure what the balance is, but your voiceover is heavenly. you have a really pretty voice, and the way you say it is hypnotic. just enough command in your voice to have me let go of control. ... just to be another one of those annoying commenters, can i suggest that you have just one video in the background? and maybe something with sound triggers that go really deep, like a microfiber towel over the mic, maybe? idk, its just a thought. the voiceover is so amazing.
