This weekend is a two day feast and fayre in my old area, haven’t been back there since I moved 4 years ago. I’m a bit wary because I have a couple women there that destroyed my life for a while, I was gaslite I was verbally abused and made to feel scared to be out. My daughter went up against her before and my daughter done a good job at shouting her down, but my god this woman was a screaming banshee lol
You might ask, what did I do? Absolutely nothing, hand on heart, she targeted me as she thought I was weak and to be honest I was for a while. All I was, was a genuine friend and I don’t think she could understand why, maybe trust issues? No idea but now I am in a good place and ready to return, this time I will be wearing a hijab and I bet you any money she will make a negative comment but I will be there with my head held high, I don’t care about what she thinks anymore, bullies are nasty and have issues. She tried to get me of my friends to turn against me. But it didn’t work, she stayed my friend and doesn’t talk to her. Now that really irked her big time. So Saturday will be fun either way 😀
