Ok I just need to tell u that every time I can’t go to sleep and my insomnia kicks in, u ALWAYS somehow make me fall asleep. Wether it’s watching 1 video or 3 videos u always make me fall asleep. I have watched other youtubers and they can’t make me fall asleep. Last night I was up until 4:45am and I watched a scary movie but I listened to u and u made me fall asleep! Clorox Bleach It depends if you're trying to sleep or just relaxing, I haven't watch more than 5 minutes of an ASMR video so you can do something else while listening. The only kind of video I would watch will be hand movement because it makes you feel something weird in your head (at least for me) and it's really cool :)
