In today’s video, I will be giving my friend Paige a relaxing hand and arm massage in my home. I will discussing different points in the hand (acupressure) that are believed to help with healing and certain ailments in the body. This is my first time filming this type of video, so please bear with me through any kinks that will be worked out in future videos like this (placement of microphone, video angle, etc). I hope you find this video relaxing from the comfort of your own home! ❤️

Do you enjoy this type of treatment? This is the first massage video I have filmed focusing on hands and arms (important body parts that are often overlooked in massage!). This setup was new for me and is not perfect, but I promise to address any issues (microphone placement, etc.) in future videos that are similar. Feel free to leave specific requests, preferences, recommendations, and likes/dislikes below. I will try to figure out the best way to pick up more massage sounds in the future, although this will most likely require an additional mic. Thank you so much for your ongoing support! ❤️

With as much as people are on computers/laptops, phones, and the like, hand and arm work are so beneficial. I even notice when I work on people they have no idea how much tension or fatigue they have in those areas until you bring awareness to them. Doing reflexology on my bf zonks him out big-time. Reflexology and hand massage are generally well tolerated (at least in my experience) by people who don't tend to relax by being touched a lot. Great video!

love this video. i would say maybe it would be nice to have the lighting look a little more dim, maybe candlelit, to replicate what it might be to get a massage in real life. and the angle and view is really nice, but maybe moving the mic a little closer to the arm and farther from your face for a slightly lower voice vs skin sound ratio. keep up the amazing work , watching your channel grow and your creative passion in your videos has been so beautiful.

It seems that the more digital our lives get, the easier it is to lose the physical connection of simple human touch. When I was married to a musician (guitar, both classical and electric) I used to do this kind of massage on his arms, plus shoulders and back, with a bit of focus on some pressure points on hands and arms. They helped him a lot and I've insisted him to go to a professional to keep getting them now that I live far away. These massages make a world of difference for those with hands and arms under stress, and if you are not experienced you can do them gently without much pressure to avoid forcing the body in any wrong way, and they will still be useful 💯

Your timing could not be more perfect. It’s 3am where I am and I just got my sick six month old back to sleep. Your videos have helped me so much with anxiety and sleep it’s absolutely unreal. I really love how fluid your handmotions are and how unbusy this video is. I’m very prone to getting wound up when there are a lot of visual things to observe due to my slight sensory issues. The simple background and your hands being the only thing moving makes me feel super relaxed. This is very relaxing and I love the faint massage sounds, would love to see another handmassage video! Loving the different style! Even though there weren't nearly as many sounds as in the head massage videos, it didn't impact the overall experience and the soft speaking and the visuals were super relaxing. I appreciate how uncluttered the frame was---I can find that distracting, and it seems particularly common in other manicure/hand massage videos I've seen.

14:04 that point on the left hand is how I stop my hiccups. breathe steadily and calmly, and put pressure on that spot. count to 10 and release. works every time.

I spend 30 mins 6 times daily pumping to feed my baby and your videos keep me company during each session. Despite pumping being the WORST, your videos help me to relax. So thankful for your calming voice!

I have never clicked a video so quickly. This was so perfect in the attention and dedication you showed your friend. It was so relaxing watching your gentleness and slow movements. I was so excited when I saw you’d done a hand massage! The hands and feet are so overlooked in massage but this was perfect! Ugh I love your channel so much it helps me sleep every night.

Definitely don’t see enough arm videos. I’ve always had a thing about my arms, wrists and ankles (is that weird?) being massaged to help me sleep so for me, this video is spot on

Would definitely love a video more specific and in depth on the pressure points and acupressure! Those diagrams looked very cool, would love to learn more about it!

Damn this was relaxing I love hand and arm massages! I broke my elbow a couple years ago and I got one week for a year and it was almost worth having it broken just for that haha.

I would love to have this done but I suffer from hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating of the hands. I never let anyone touch my hands. You are so lucky to not have that problem.
