Please know that I really enjoy trying new things and I am always doing my best to accommodate different requests and preferences in my ASMR videos. I've wanted to say how much I admire your videos but wanted a more specific reason why. I think it's because of the generosity you fold into each one. You aren't the focus, instead you focus on your subject and us, the viewers, in a sincere way. Sounds small, but it's a big kindness in this medium.

I love when you narrate what your doing but could you explain the benefits of things like you use to in your older videos? Like the benefits of the oils your using/the benefits of massaging particular areas etc or just stating random facts, it makes me feel so peaceful

Okay so due to your most recent post about liking and commenting etc I thought it would be nice to let you know exactly how i feel about you and your videos. -im 20 years old from england and suffer from anxiety, BPD, and depression, all of these resulting in sevre insomnia and exhaustion. I first discovered your videos maybe 8 months ago when I was a few months pregnant with my son. So having these mental health conditions as well as being uncomfortably pregnant I was barely getting an hour's sleep at night. The minute I started watching your videos I instantly became relaxed and fell asleep within minutes sometimes. Before you, I thought asmr was just people eating into a microphone, you opened me up to a whole new side, one of which I now dont think I could love without. My son is now 2 months old and I'm getting even less sleep purely because anxiety has me checking on him all the time. Your videos ensure I get enough sleep to power through my day and stay positive about it. Not only do you help me rest, and not only did you open my eyes to a whole new platform of asmr that actually works for me and helps me more than you can imagine... Your videos have also taught me massaging techniques to aid in my relaxation and given me more knowledge on essential oils and natural oils to benefit my overall mental health. I'm beyond thankful to you and for your videos, and as a result i love experiencing your journeys alongside you on your more personal vlog clips and insta 🧡 Youve also encouraged me to explore a much less wasteful way to live. Keep doing what youre doing. You're awesome x

I have central sensitization syndrome and I find that deep tissue or just firmer massages cause my body to flare. I would love to find a therapist who performed light tissue massages. I truly believe it would be beneficial and would not cause the painful flare-ups. ❤️
