Note for some who go to gun ranges: It may not apply everywhere, but the times I have tried to take aluminum cased ammo to the range they have told me to leave. I purchased this type of ammo because it saved a few dollars when buying in bulk. My only guess as to why some ranges don't want you shooting it is because it can't be reloaded as easily as brass due to malleability of aluminum. I still recommend that you buy aluminum case ammo to save some money, as the stuff shoots just as good as other ammos. Might have to find an area where there are no restrictions on what can be shot, which could be hard for some to do. Some of the best ammo ive shot over the years with little to no issues (some .22 ammo had an issue with stovepiping): Federal American Eagle, CCI Blazer, Winchester. Also the best loader ive ever used to load magazines is the Uplula magazine loader, it accommodates 9mm up to .45ACP and is fairly cheap at $30 Hope this helps first time buyers of ammo. Ill gladly answer any questions anyone may have to the best of my ability.
Some ranges collect and sell the brass to recycle in order to help fund the range, and they don’t want to have to sort out aluminum or steel casings. So it’s easier for them to just have a rule against it.
First and foremost, I am a gun lover as well, but I have to admit that gun asmr probably would have not been my first choice for an asmr video. But I decided to go ahead and take a chance anyway and ended up watching your AK video. Too my pleasant surprise that video was super relaxing and tingly which led me to watch your other gun related videos as well. Super relaxing! Thanks for making gun asmr enjoyable! Keep it up!
I’m so glad I found your channel I love this type of asmr especially the gun triggers so relaxing, I live in a bad area with a lot of car jackings and breakins really close to me I am thinking of purchasing a gun for the first time for my safety but idk the whole process of getting it and I don’t have experience but it would be nice to get ur opinion or when u got ur first gun how was your experience?
That device is for long range sessions so when you are loading mag after mag, you don't wear your thumb down to the bone. It slides over the top of the magazine and presses on the back of the feeder spring so you can slide a round into the mag without using your thumb, so you don't need to press down harder progressively for each round. You did figure it out and thanks for not cutting that out, it was real. It's definitely not a speed loader. Those are for revolvers and they are very handy. I have a couple for my Ruger Redhawk 44 magnum, but my daily carry is (sigh, here come the comments) a charter arms Pitt bull revolver chambered in 40sw. It's a unique design for a rimless cartridge to be accepted by a revolver without needing moon clips. Personally, I love it. Yup I'm that guy. I don't own a 9mm or a 45. I have a Ruger SR40c and the charter arms PB revolver for ammunition sharing, so depending on the weather and my attire I can pick either option for concealed carry. Though I live in an open carry state(CT, yes CT is open carry, I could have my Redhawk on my hip daily but Its not worth the drama at the grocery store). Reloading the Pitt bull is a bit of a learning curve to execute quickly due to the design but I practice reloading daily so I know that if I needed to I could do it quick enough.
W the speed loader it feel weird using but i found that u gotta push the bullet backwards sliding it in rather than downwards than fully releasing it and it will load in it weird but when u get used to it i have more speed with it
Glock mags can be a PITA to load, especially 9mm. That last round just doesn’t want to go in sometimes. I’ve never had much luck with the mag loader either.
Well done! It's good to see you more comfortable now doing these from your first one! You have .223/5.56 so I'm assuming an AR video is on the way? Lol
Next time use gloves. Fingerprints leave a small amount of oil on shell casings. It can eventually be corrosive after a very long time. Not an immediate worry. It will however, leave a permanent fingerprint on the rounds wherever you touched them
Na verdade tem, só não é disponibilizado tão facilmente, para um brasileiro ter alguma arma ou munição de grosso calibre tem que ser de forma que contrária a lei.
