Diet, and basic skincare can change a lot. Drinking water. Less sugar, no masturbation, and washing your face and relaxing more often can help you Peace (Edit: veggies make me clear up super fast, so eat those)

I agree but one thing i want to mention besides obviously the good editing is, I'm only a little bit into it so dont hold me to this, but it seems as though onlyone hand shows at a time so I assume the other hand is doing the triggers while the showing one is also doing the same motions. The editor is good though I agree on that.
