Loved this, that abdominal massage looked like heaven. Thank you for teaching us how to open the valves. I do self abdominal massage because I have chronic constipation caused by medications. I'm thinking about going for a colonic, see if that would help because it's gone from my descending colon being firm and tender to almost my entire stomach. I've been to the Dr but all they do is give me laxatives
Very candid of you to share your experience. Thank you so much. Find yourself a kore therapist to correct any misalignments in the digestive system and the pelvis. A colonic will help clear and set you back to normal but you need to find what’s causing it and treat the original reason the colon is backing up. For instance, a rectocele could be a cause. Good luck keep me posted sweetheart 💕
Thank you for your advice Victoria. I have a rectocele, saw a pelvic floor physio and she told me to write down everything I ate and do pelvic floor exercises and that was after 4 appointments. I don't even know what grade it is! I didn't know it could contribute to my stomach problems, I suspect it's time to go back to the Dr. I'm not going to hold my breath though, lol. I will look for a therapist who specialises in that area, fingers crossed there's one in my area❤️@@VictoriaSprigg
Apparently up to 80% of us experience rectocele at some point in our lives. Very common. I hope you find some information, relief and correction. If necessary surgery may well help.
My mum got plugged up for 12 days. She was in agony. Doctors tried everything. Gave her stuff used for colonoscopies. Ememas. Nothing worked. Finally they put a tube into her stomach via her nose. They were going to schedule her for surgery when we finally tried a cup of warm prune juice with a bit of melted butter in it. She spent a night in agony but in the morning she filled the hospital's bucket. Then she went home, a happy woman. A cup of prune juice daily keeps things working.
I'm so glad you're mum got things moving without an op, that's great. Thank you so much for your suggestion, I didn't think of trying prune juice. I'll get some when I go shopping because it'll be better for me than taking sodium pico sulphate every few days. Thank you again, much appreciated @@bigtoad45
