happy to see you've cut down on the "smack" sound you tend to make when you start speaking, it's still there but reduced...it's quite a sharp sound compared to the whispering.

Andre De labauve Studies have shown they aren't. One recent year's they said it was at best 18% effective and that in tests placebo was more effective.

Really love the video. Hope you make these more often. Wouldn't mind a video of you reading a book. Would be nice to listen to you as I read along with a nice drink on the beach. Part of my morning routine is to read a few chapters a morning during sunrise on the beach. This gives me time to reflect on life and be thankful for where I am. To finish up with a run and go for a short swim before the work day

For those who wish the most complete ASMR experience, try to look up for new artists every night. I use the RU-vid filter for the 'ASMR' word and upload date as only 'today.' Excellent soft spoken video by the way. I just subscribed to my new artist of the day! Thanks for being part of this wonderful community!

Excellent Over the years, ASMR videos have seen a few "waves" of different styles and new coming content creators. This one reminds me a lot of the older ones..not too flashy, but immersive enough to work and help gear down the day. It's nice to have a bit of easy noise on while studying or browsing the internet. Doesn't seem like you had to fake an interest in fiction to play the part ! Subscribed :)
