Spicy Chili Asian Chili Sauce
oil
5 cloves of minced garlic
4 red chili (less or more depends on your spice level)
5 red shallots minced
2 tsp minced ginger
2 Tbsp Tamarind juice
2 Tbsp Tomato paste
2 cups of chicken stock
3 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp of sugar
1 tsp cornstarch mix with 3 Tbsp of COLD water
1 egg
green onion
King crab legs

-Pre-cook your seafood, steam or boil.
-In a hot pan add oil, stir fry garlic, chili, shallots, ginger for a few minutes (be careful not to burn the garlic).
-add tomato paste and tamarind juice (stir fry for a few minutes)
-add chicken stock, fish sauce and sugar (bring to a boil)
-add cornstarch mixture
-stir in your egg and mix well
(its ready when sauce is nice and thick)
-add in your seafood stire for a few minutes
-sprinkle with green onion
