@@Comet-de6hb I did all of the math correctly, even double checked with a calculator which is something I never do. Re-checked all of the steps he listed, tabulated all of the equations quickly in my head again, finally I came to the consensus that he was simply incorrect. It’s a bit flawed, so you’re still right, but he didn’t do it wrong.
@@gandalfthegrey9116 This trick only works in the year 2021. Otherwise the calculator will always give you your age in 2021 due to adding 1771 to your number.
@@jamesleodelacruz most ppl forget that 1 is an odd number so the trick so to makes ppl assume 3 is the only odd for the first digit, and since both digit can't be the same it's more than likely ppl will pick 37 bc ppl have a tendency to choose a number between the general radius of numbers their restricted to. Making most ppl choose 37.
The point in stating that is to make the viewer believe they had more choices (50 in fact) whereas there are only 40 options. So saying 1-50 makes you believe its more unlikely I'll guess your number than saying 10-50, if that makes sense?
Went with 37. Changed to 39 because i heard somewhere 3 and 7 are the most common numbers people select when given a choice. My disappointment is nonexistent and my day is made, excellent video.
My nine year old just showed me your channel, and I instantly subscribed. Idk why but male ASMR artists don’t usually give me tingles. But you sir 😴😴😴😴 I melted. 😂
@@DidoASMR and you guessed like two other ones as well, ig I’m just predictable when it comes to mind reading lol, great video though btw, keep it up :))
Yer I thought 35 and thought It was gonna get chosen bcus it seemed too predictable but then I thought that he would've thought of that and so sticked to 35 😂
Actually? Bc it was rly simple for me to understand how he did it. Theres only one country that starts with d in europe, and the elephant comes to everyones mind at first
Okay so I was sitting here listening in the background and I I was like “huh, bet he won’t say 37” then when you pulled out the card and I read it I was like “nope nope nope nope nope. He’s a wizard nope”
Loved this! All of them worked for me except for the first one and the red hammer one. However, once the red hammer trick was over, I remembered that I had done it in the past and I did get a red hammer. The psychology behind it is interesting. For the record, I thought of a blue screwdriver and I think that the interpretation of the colour blue was pretty spot on. I'd love to see other videos like this! They are relaxing but really engaging.
Okay 16:03 actually REALLY surprised me because that’s EXACTLY what I was thinking of! I mean I know that most of these are specifically designed to only have one answer, but sometimes they don’t work and the fact that that trick worked perfectly really surprised me. Good Job!
When you did the elephant from Denmark I was shook. I’m kinda creeped out at how good these tricks are and how you do them so well. I still can’t believe it. 😯
That's the point. They're matha formulas not mind reading. He obviously doesnt believe hes reading your mind and the notion of him doing so is more of a joke than him seriously trying to convince you otherwise
Most of tricks seem cool but realistically are just simple, like the age guess it was deemed to land on your age with confusing numbers hides the reality of all numbers you land on are the same just 1 hundred numbers bigger not actually reading someone’s mind.
I just multiplied by five then multiplied that by ten so I got 11 so I multiplied that by 5 (55) and multiplied that by ten (550) and that was my answer
20:09 I saw through your trickery. I knew it was gonna be Elephant so I said an Eel. Technically I did think of an elephant first tho… so you kinda got me
What’s crazy is the moment you said “a number between 1 and 50” I immediately thought of 37 and as you said the next few rules I was like “yup 37 still checks out.” Wasn’t expecting that.
I chose 13 instead of 37 Oh my god! You guessed my age correctly! And that's kind of unfair, because no matter what number you choose it always lands on JoJo. How? How did Ellie read my mind?
The math forces you to 4, which is D. The only European country that has a name beginning with D in English is Denmark. Elephants are one of the most commonly thought of animals, so limiting it to E pretty much forces elephants.
"did you think of elephant?" "ahhahhahahh, you've fallen for my trick. My mind is obviouslly too advanced for your kind. The animal that I was thinking of was the most obvious choice of an echidna!"
He had a 1 in 8 chance of guessing your number. But it was narrowed down to 1 in 3 considering most people choose a more common/favored number which would be 3 or the thirties
I already knew about the red hammer, so naturally I chose something else: a yellow screwdriver, and I thought it was kinda funny how those were both the first ‘second option’
@@antviv you only coul have chosen between: 13, 15, 17, 19, 31, 35, 37 and 39 with those conditions. And the other comments are right, there was a 1/8 chance not 1/10. Messed it up cause I was sleepy lol.
That opener got me, I literally told myself 37 and then I thought way before the prediction I could have picked 73, 57,19 anything else but imma stick to 37...I felt the best tingle when I saw that answer 🤙🏽
oh its quite simple, it's impossible to not fall on him because of the number each other one has, jojo's is 8 so it just rotates around fully and lands back him, and the others are the same
