What is a trigger supposed to make you feel like?? It feels kind of annoying to me like frustration..

It is supposed to help you feel relaxed and sleepy. If asmr triggers make you feel frustrated then it may not be for you. Which is okay. I hope you find something that helps you feel relaxed 💕

Personally, I HATE tapping triggers. Especially the slow tapping or ones that go on and on OR the ones that stop and then start again after like 5 seconds. Those all make me cringe, annoyed, and frustrated. Unlike other triggers, that other asmrists do, like scratching or textured things makes me feel calm. I also HATE slow and soft triggers. So you just gotta find the right channels. My favorite channel is Eevy ASMR. She does fast, aggressive, and a mix of all sorts. She doesn’t do a scripted asmr or plan her videos, she goes with the flow. This is my first time watching this channel, and personally it didn’t make me feel good, so I’m probably not gonna watch it again. But basically where I’m coming from is, you just gotta explore channels and find what you like. 😊 p.s, I don’t mean any hate towards the creator of this video/channel. It’s her style that many others like, but I’m not one of them. I still think she did a good job, but it’s not my cup of tea. Hope y’all understand. ❤
