I’m disabled (I have Tourette’s, OCD, severe anxiety (that includes generalised, social and separation) and autism which are all the diagnosed ones) and I have to take medication that makes me feel very shitty sometimes. But I have to take them otherwise everything is just ten times worse. And I’m going through one of those tough weeks. So thank you. Your videos really help me through these tough times.

I just wanted to say that you are my favorite Asmr channel. A year and a half ago I had just gotten out of an abusive relationship and was suffering from post traumatic stress disorder. I was on daily anti anxiety medicine and Xanax because I had panic attacks almost every day- I started watching your videos like “watch if you are having a panic attack or anxiety” type videos and it really helped. Luckily I no longer need medication for my anxiety and can watch all your videos just for fun! My favorite videos are your chakra cleansing ones! They also really help me sleep! Thanks for being you Karuna!
