I’m not big on strangers touching me. I do my own haircuts, hair dyeing, and nails, I’m not a hugger, things like that. (I kinda think it’s partly or mostly due to social anxiety.) So I’ve never remotely considered getting a massage...until I watched this video. I want to jump into this person’s body right now and experience this. This is watching a master at work. I would be jelly afterwards. I’d need a ride home.

I'm also pretty adverse to.prople touching me and have found it helpful to start going to a massage therapist at my chiropractic office. After building a relationship with him/her in a 'medical's type environment I found it easier to branch out to new types of massage.

this is like old-fashioned asmr videos in which the best sounds were accidental, the performers were doing their job or natural activities and were focused on what they were doing instead of the viewer and what they were feeling and hearing. great piece of asmr.

Yes. I remember watching videos that would later be categorized as asmr. They were things like hypnosis videos and lectures, now it’s almost entirely uncomfortably attractive women one foot from the camera making me feel like a creep.

My moms friend does this for a living and felt bad for me that I was in so much pain. She massaged me for 2 hours! I wouldve never been able to drive home...I fell asleep on the ride home lol and yes you feel almost like you're high. It's amazing tbh

I keep coming back to this video and rewatching it when I have trouble falling asleep. I enjoy and appreciate all of your videos and I can tell you really take the time produce great quality and educational videos. I REALLY appreciate the firm pressure in this video. So many ASMR massage videos are light and fluffy which is a style that just doesn’t appeal to me.

As for ASMR I find that everyone has a different trigger. Some people don’t like the whispering & I do. However eating crunchy pickles sounds annoying as hell to me haha. Next time I might just do a full body without so much sound. As Always I appreciate your feedback.

After watching a series of different variety of massages on a regular basis, I declare this to be the best. Honestly, no music, no fancy lights, simplicity and effectively brilliant massage just got to me. The sound of the hand movements on the body felt like calm ocean waves to me. It was mighty relaxing. You just need to make sure you’re stretching on the exhale so being in tune with your client is very important thus the reason you concentrate so much. I like setting relaxing a atmosphere for my clients. Most people lead lives that are sooooo stressful that if I can give them an hour of peace it changes their day. 🙏🏼🤗🌹

I LOVE this massage. I listen to it pretty much nightly and the amazing asmr sounds put me to sleep every single time. I have insomnia and since starting to watch this before bed about 2 weeks ago, I still haven’t gotten to the end because I’m always asleep by the halfway point. I haven’t tried that. Usually cuddling up with my poodle helps and my lavender Scentsy Wax Melts help. I’ll have to look up some good deep breathing exercises. Thanks for the tip! ❤️

KaciaMarie yes really look into the deep breathing! It stimulates the vagus nerve! Since you like the lavender scent I would get a good essential oil of lavender & put it on your body & pillow at night. Make sure it’s a good grade oil because it gets absorbed into your bloodstream. Sweet dreams
