Welcome to my channel, Massage Therapeutics! My name is Maria Natera and I have been a licensed massage therapist for the past 33 years. In my 33 years of experience, I have given more than 25,000 massages and I'm still standing and going strong, albeit I have slowed down on my private practice and have been dedicating more time to teaching.
I am very grateful for the honor of helping others. Many people have helped me and were there for me over the years, so I feel like it's time to pay it forward and share the knowledge I've accumulated throughout all my years of practice. I hope that these videos will inspire even one person to pursue massage. Thank you for watching my videos, now go out and create a good day!

It's a nice information to have about SOAP (and a bit long too!). Where can I have a copy of that "contract"?, because I was wondering if there may be a protection when working touching bodies. In my case, I'm studying to become a PT and massages are useful, but we are not limited to that. So It would be nice to have an example of it, so I can discuss it in class with my teacher. Thanks. Greetings from Mexico!.
Thanks so much for sharing this refresher, filmed so clearly and wonderfully. I found myself audibly sighing with relief upon seeing Vanessa kneading circles along the spine with her knuckles in a closed fist. Definitely needed to be reminded of that move!
