Sometimes anger can stem from a multitude of things. Anger is an okay emotion to experience and move through. It’s safe🩷 with anger, we have to be more aware of our actions as a result of anger… but it’s an APPROPRIATE emotion to have. I’m sorry you’ve been feeling angry bc I know it takes up a lot of energy whether it be emotional and or physical. Lack of boundaries, not expressing our feelings, wants/needs, maybe not feeling validated, and even just suck-ish events in life and lead to these feelings. MAYBE it’s a lack of sleep or self care. No matter the cause… I try to welcome my emotions so my body knows it’s safe to experience them. Hopefully this video helps you unwind and gives you a moment of peace. Love your way and hugs

my moisturizer choice is cerave in the tub. nothing else works as well as that for me-i've got eczema and use retinol too so it's perfect for that. have you tried any skinbetter science products? i find that they're great for sensitive skin prone to redness, and since you're into skinceuticals, i think you would enjoy their products.
