When you said “When will you learn” I legit thought you were going to follow up and say “when will you learn that your actions have consequences”

You probably aren’t readying the comments at this point, but I just want to comment in case you are. The most comforting thing that anyone has ever told me when it came to my bad days, and my anxious days was my therapist that I saw for awhile. Every time I went in m, and was depressed or anxious or mad about whatever he would always repeat, “It’s a process.” It’s such a simple statement but it felt so great to hear someone tell me that I didn’t need to just feel better, and that it would be better, but I just needed to give it time. Every day you work to be better, it’s a process. Just something that I’ve always wanted to hear in an ASMR video for anxious days.

Is it illegal to listen to this on a good day?

The underneath angle is a good idea especially for those of us that are watching on mobile and are looking up at the screen. Idk, makes me feel more “immersed” in the video and therefore is even more relaxing.

When Sharon tells you to shut up and chill, you'd better comply. Not feeling better isn't an option.
