So. I actually had a similar condition to what it appears that Sybil has. Chronic Sinusitis that led to a partial collapse of my sinuses. I had surgery to repair it - a nightmare honestly - and went about 3 years before I had another sinus infection again.

Watching Sybil tap the candles made me think it would be a cool idea to have a role play video where the action of the ASMR on objects triggers the magic of that object. Like the candle can release worries but it needs tapped and then lit to unlock its power.. or perhaps a hair brush can brush away negative thoughts but needs the bristles activated by stimulating them with the fingers and positive words before the brushing begins.. or a glass bottle of liquid is a potion for calm but needs mixed and shaken to create the right recipe (visual bonus to add food coloring and watch it swirl around before shaking to actually create calm or represent chaos settling to calm).
