If cooked(boiled) well it's very tender, not rubbery at all. In Italy we eat it with olive oil, fresh lemon juice and parsley. It's really really good, please try it!

Here in Korea the tentacles still move, which makes it very dangerous to eat it because the suction cup of the tentacles can stick to your throat, but I’ve eaten it and it’s quite good
