I can relate as an empath and mental health counselor. It can be very draining and overwhelming. We often over give to others and forget to replenish our own energy with much needed self care. Hello. I don't know if you will get to see this, but thank you for this video. I've never been into asmr, but last night, my dog got sick and I live out in the country with no vets around at night. I had to wait until the mornig to have her seen. I was a nervous wreck and watched this video. I feel like it instantly calmed both my dog and I. Her breathing got back to normal, so did mine. I let a few of your videos run through the night and today, she looks good as new (still getting her checked by caution). You have gifts my love.

It's been really hard for me to fall asleep and to stay mentally focused and calm during this days.
