Was having a huge mental breakdown yesterday due to my BPD, kinda disassociating, and then I saw you had just posted it, with the exact same thing I was needing: grounding and then sleep. I was able to sleep without meds (since I'm on my way of stopping them). today I'm less of a wreck, but that's what I need again... Thank u so much for your work 💖💖💖

What does bpd mental breakdown feel like? Is it like you are really happy then extremely sad?

But it's like, something triggers you, a memory or a thought, then you can't stop obsess over this and there's an intense flux of bad thoughts that you can't stop (kinda like an anxiety/panick attack), and in order to stop you just try to shut down your feelings, then start to disassociate, everything feels unreal, like, happening to other person, you look in the mirror and it feels like it's not you, and if you become aware of this like i was (that you're disassociating), it feels like you're going insane, which makes things worse. It's hard to stop all of this intense and negative thoughts and emotions and control the urge to hurt yourself in some way, mentally or physically. To each person it may be different, and not always the same, but it was like that for me this time. Then I took a med to calm down and sleep, and opened yt and ediya had just posted the video I needed, to ground myself again and stop feeling out of my body.

If perfection is subjective, then how could anyone be perpetuating a standard if that standard is based solely on the beholder? If you’re offended by someone giving someone else a compliment, just say that. But what you’re saying now isn’t consistent with your own beliefs.

I have multiple Sclerosis and been having a rough few months had to switch meds after 7 years and being hit emotionally and physically hard can you make a video for chronic illnesses please. Ironically asmr helped with my bpd and autism (both ik double kill) specially energy plucking and spiritual asmrs, i would recommend to anyone struggling to practice outside out asmr create a safe space with spirituality in your room adds to the asmr x
