Everything's set for u to fail,get mad,feel like crap,so don't pay attention to any of it just keep moving fwd dodging and weaving the bad & only focus on the good. most of the negative thoughts I released are fears of the future. I graduate in less than 3 week, and I HATE change and I HATE the unknown. However… watching this, I realize that change, while scary, is necessary and that, without it, we would never get anywhere. As much as I will miss everything and everyone, I am excited to see what the future holds for me.

I cannot thank you enough for providing this outlet for me. I have used it many times during panic attacks or times when I’m extremely anxious. You are one of the only proven methods I have to calm me down. I am finally covered for therapy and waiting to start and get medicated but while waiting, I am having some difficulties mentally. I've been told many times that i should live in the moment and stop worrying so much about what's already in the past and what has yet to come. Only today did i realize just how important that is. If i'm not enjoying the current safe, carefree moment, where all i fear has yet to come, i would never be able to get those negative thoughts out of my head and be happy for even a single moment.

I found this video and decided to watch before bed because while i don't get the tingles with ASMR, i find it calming. I only got about halfway through before i decided to head to bed and MAN. Not only did I fall asleep faster than I have in months, I slept so well. I slept through the night and woke up more refreshed that I have in.... forever it feels like. So THANK YOU. Needed this after crying at a party from anxiety leaving and going home to cry in my shower.
