I wanted to thank you for making your videos. Your calm, smiling voice has helped me so much on morning when I have worst anxiety and stress, those morning when you don't want to wake up and live your life.. I also appreciate how genuine you are, you can really feel you have extended knowledge into all these healing practices, this builds trust. Thank you so much. If I may suggest one thing, maybe you could make a video for morning, like meditation, encouragement words, body scan that would help to slowly wake up. I think this would help a lot to people like me experiencing morning anxiety. Thank you so much for being you 💗

Thats what I just went through. I had to withdraw myself from college before my grades got really bad. I've always wanted to do Marine Biology for Sharks but specifically great white sharks but I still have my doubts. Like I wanna do it but something in me is telling me I could do something better. I've always had this thing where I don't want my dream job to be in a office or just confined to one building like a hospital or some shit. I just wanna be outside and make a change. Also I know being a Marine Biologists you won't get alot of money unless you are one of the big people or if you discovered something, I come from a poor background and I always wanted to make sure my job can provide me with enough money that my kids n I can live comfortably. So yea now I don't know what I fucking want to do😂

Oh my goodness!!!!! I woke up after a very late night and really needed to get back to sleep, so I got on RU-vid and went through a few of the so called get back to sleep videos & nothing worked, some even made me feel uneasy or scared, weird. Anyway, I remember listening to you and wanted to hear the singing bowl specifically and wow, once you started with the bowl, I finally got back to sleep. Something about the bowl, amazing! Every Christmas days are difficult for me. I’m thinking my dad who passed away in 2014. But this year these thoughts are stronger. Instead of: I miss my father, I’m like: I will die one day.
