Reiki as a formal/certified practice actually originates in Japan! With roots in Tibet and India. So those styles you see in art and film are actually drawing their inspiration from traditional energy work!

It’s just a cool lamp that I found at a thrift store! I love the heart in the hand, emanating light. That’s essentially what Reiki is! Love energy, light energy, sharing your life force energy and essence with others to help guide and tend to the subtle body, often focused through the hands
