I love myself guys. I am enormously proud of myself for everything that I am. I am proud of myself for how far I have come. I can't even comprehend how proud I am of myself. I am so grateful for all the dirt I went through, all the hurt and tears and pain. I am proud of myself. Truly I am. I know it has been such a whirlwind up until now, but I am grateful for it. I am such a powerful woman. 😌 I had a dream last night, of me walking in the rain. For me rain represent that I am healing, it feels heavy in my chest because of the fear of the unknown. There are so many lessons in each chakra which are very deep. It's more complex that it appears. Listening to your affirmations I realize I need to strengthen not also sacral but solar plexus.

Hello really enjoy your soft voice and that beautiful look that you have.

For me having developed an understanding of average stress as both conscious layers of mental conflicts and *màny more maintained layers of subconscious mental conflicts/issues I was able to see how my and our individual environments create for all of us very different amounts or layers of true average stress forcing different persons to work much harder for mental reward/learning. I so love the relaxation but also know to more permanently lower my layers I need to slowly understand resolve and tweak/change some weight or value which may be allowing some needless layers. Then using this process over time I am able to begin more permanently lower my unneeded layers. See upright rectangle showing full mental energy. Then draw in lines to show conscious and many subonscious layers. Space remaining shows leftover mental energy for new mental work and length of reflection time - to think more complex and longer term. By being able to more permanently lower my layers, I see myself ever improving in time. Also higher layers feed into improper pace/intensity approaching mental work so also learning to consciously slow for new mental work helps me to reestablish a better dynamics of approaching mental work correctly. Also understanding how certain perhaps improper values of force power anger fear rush of pace may greatly intensify layers I have learned to see them as cues I need to tweak some area. This allows me to see myself slowly becoming a newer and better person each day.

It seems impossible sometimes to stay positive all the time. I'm already anxious, overthink about every little thing and the thought of staying positive gives me anxiety, it's like I so want to be but I can't. I suffer from many issues and I know if I feel good about myself learn self love stay positive then i can overcome everything and life will feel normal n easy. But it's so so tough i really don't know how to do it. I just don't know sometimes I just wanna give up . All positive comments here but I just wanted to share my feelings i didn't know where to or whom to share. I wanna know the 1st step to become who once was, happy self loving positive person. How have you done it? How all the people out there do this?
