Sometimes I am in awe of the power of your healing. I am in Canada right now freezing cold, but when I watched this video, I felt like I was on a beach feeling the warmth of the sun. One of the most beneficial aspects of your videos is how you take the negativity we have, own it (because we are human), and find a safe way to release it. Thank you for making these amazing videos. I am currently eight months pregnant during COVID, already with a 2-year-old toddler and also working full time (from home), and I have to say that these videos have helped me to feel more calm and able to rest at night during what would have otherwise been a very stressful time to be carrying a baby!! Dearest Anna, thank you for completing this series for us, it is wonderful. I was getting ready for bed when your video came out. I saw it was the Root so I grabbed a piece of Petrified Wood and Smokey Quartz and layed down in bed. I guess I've been listening because those were the same stones you placed by our hips. I felt so proud that the things you have taught us and shared with us actually sank in. I have had multiple spinal fusions, translated means titanium rods, screws and bone cages at 8 levels in my spine. The Root Charaka is a manifestation of all you describe, Overactive, ( all of the above ) I thank you for your insight. Pain manifests in different way’s Anger, comes to the surface . I feel ashamed to admit how judgemental I have been but my experience of stunning women is that they are typically vain and selfish. Watching Anna has made me realize that's not true as she is beautiful inside and out and she's so authentic with her kindness, I am so happy to have these videos in my life and the care shown to me and others throughout the comments when things have been difficult has been such a beautiful experience. Anna, I just want to say a huge thank you 🙏, I made a conscious decision to try and better my spiritual self and try to become more mindful not just for myself but in my actions towards others , the way that you explain your reiki practices and the way that you speak with such clarity and take time to explain the reasons behind each stone you use and each clearing is just so refreshing and I just had to write to say that I am a changed person with more patience and understanding not just of myself but I now realise how others actions were affecting me and I have also learnt through reiki that my spiritual journey and others is being led by a new kind of awakening, it’s hard to explain but it feels like a new calmer and compassionate me has emerged so Thankyou for being a small part of my soul journey ( I sound like an ageing hippy) but I’m not , the world needs more calm and I recommend you to all my colleagues and friends who also love your channel ☮️💛😊

Definitely my root chakra that is most likely imbalanced for me. You said it perfectly, mine is overactive. I’ve been addicted to shopping and buying to make me feel better, surprise, it never works! So happy for this session 💗 also I do feel like it calms me down when I’m outside doing something like walking barefoot in the sand, instantly helps me!

Angel baby Anna! First, aragonite... glad we sorted that out with my trip to Sedona. I love my aragonite, my little table of crystals, incense, and palo santo that people comment on every time they come over to my little Air BnB (literally three people - I'm not that popular). While I didn't feel unsafe in my home, I did feel uneasy there, as I was going through the motions of a relationship that wasn't right. I know we talked about this in our 1x1 session a while back, and now... wait, I realize I'm unnecessarily rambling about myself. My point in all of this is, to remind you, you can do hard things, and you clearly have an amazing little army here that will catch you if you need to fall. Sincerely though, if you need a safe haven, I've gotchu, over here in Arizona.

I always start with a ramble so I like your style 2. “You can do hard things” has actually been a mantra/popular quote amongst a group of individuals I got to know (virtually!) since covid started and that just jumped out at me. I actually needed to write it on a big piece of paper and tape it to my wall to remind myself! 3. Stay safe, healthy, and happy out there! 💕

Safety can sometimes be just the mind in particular the left brain which has been in control most of your life. Being a reiki channel you shift more to the right brain because the right brain is a better healer but the left brain is a better communicator. You have to coax the left brain slowly to relinquish control or sometimes it will sabotage your life in different ways to maintain control this was one of my reiki teachers insights after channeling on many people

The purpose of using more of your right brain is to increase the speed of healing. The ultimate goal is to have both sides of your brain cohesively working together to have a special super brain capacity but as you know the heart energy brings more love. I going to just let you teach and learn anna as the special person you are with out comments keep going the path will change as your ages changes and don't be embarrassed to ask for reiki yourself you don't have to do it all
