'Nap envy' is a real thing! The jealousy towards those that could fall asleep mid day, laying on a piece of cardboard, during an earthquake, creates a special kind of seethe. I'm listening to you through my Manta Sound mask ❤ Manta is a game changer for sure! I can listen to ASMR and meditational content and have the mask block out the light so I can sleep. Sometimes I keep the eye cups propped on my forehead so I can watch and listen, then lower them as I get closer to sleep.
