Your problem seems to be with your left side so I will carry out a full assessment on you. I will check both sides, get you to do a few different positions & things so I can see what's going on. I was unable to walk for a month a couple of years back down to sciatica, it was awful. I slept no longer than 20 mins at once over a couple of the weeks and that would’ve been a long sleep it was like pain I’d never felt before EVER. I’m sure you’re a real doctor (real therapist, real dentist, real airport security etc, etc) I love the way you go above and beyond the role of asmrtist. You’re truly amazing x

I've had 2 failed back surgeries for sciatica. 15+ years of it. Never once has any doctor mentioned a rheumatologist. This was one of the rare, no sleep, listen to every detail video hahaha thank you!!!

Yeesh my husband had this and one day it went away. I think it was after giving him massages and him stretching more often. Either way I'm glad it went away. It really seemed awful. Hearing you mention some things was so spot on with what he went through. Good video!!

I actually have been getting back pain in my lower back for over 12 weeks now. The massage section was nice. Its not sciatica but I pulled my back at work, picking up cardboard and it never gets a chance to heal before I work again, at that job at least. its exactly my lower back just to the right and left of my spine, feels sore and sort of numb/tingly to the touch on the wait list to see a physio, but this did help a little. My backs sort of number and tingly in the sore spots then everytime I work retail or do physical work it gets tighter and tighter and then goes with shooting, sharp stabbing pain, I control it by controlling the movement and twisting of my back whenever I do a movement. Ibuprofen gel does nothing but ibuprofen pills help for about 2 hrs, then I have to sometimes take condeine if its actually gone again. Hopefully will get to see a physio soon, my dad had chronic disc issues his adult life, aunty has a shrinking spine issue and my mum has rhumetoid arthritis so I hope it's none of those!
I came to make that exact same comment! I can’t wait til Monday when I have my acupuncture appointment. It’s the only thing that I’ve found to give me long term relief. Hope yours get better soon! ❤️
This is wonderful! I would just like to recommend that you use a bit of a de-esser because your S’s and T’s sound very sharp in my ears. Maybe it’s my earphones but its just a tip!
