that egg actually looks to be a septarian nodule (a very very pretty one) which is basically a "fossilized" mud bubble! They're pretty distinct with that pattern that looks kind of like the cracks of a dried lake bed. The main stone is limestone and the veins are likely a mix of the minerals aragonite and calcite (which have the same chemical composition but different crystal structure). Would absolutely love to see it in the Maybell's series though I can't decide whether I'd like to see it as a dragon inspired by crystals and stones or something more along the fossil theme. Definitely earthy themed dragon though. :]

My lord, that chiropractic on the book was next level. Haven't found a new trigger I love this much in a long time, goes beyond standard book tracing/tapping. As usual, great vid!
What a gorgeous Septarian specimen! The druzy crystals inside are so lovely! Fun fact: The calcite in it may fluoresce under a UV light! (probably will look green)
Spellicans, also known in UK as 'Spillikens' or 'Pick up Sticks' was a game where the sticks were thrown down in a heap and two players attempted to pick them up, using the sticks with the hook ends!! 💚
I used to really enjoy Pick Up Sticks when I was younger with my family and friends, it was a huge craze at school once. Granted I'm nowhere near the U.K though 😅
You are such an amazing ASMRtist Erin. Your whispers are so tingly and relaxing! For some reason, over-explaining and describing things like objects, pictures and people has ALWAYS given me tingles (since I was a child- I’d always have people draw things on me with their finger and describe things) and you did that so perfectly. I loved it so much. This video is just what I needed and I’m grateful to have discovered your channel! Keep up the great work 💕💕
For the egg in the Maybell's sequel you could say its for a stone dragon, or a crystal dragon or even be a fossil egg! That she shows you as part of her never ending knowledge of dragons? Perhaps the owner of the egg already hatched and she is showing what she does with the egg like when she explained that certain egg elements could be either harvested or saved for sale/self use, honestly the possibilities are endless XD
maybe you can work the crystals inside into the lore- maybe they grow when the dragon leaves the shell behind, or it belonged some sort of earth dragon that can grow/summon crystals?
She can, but she rarely does. There have only been maybe one or two of her contributions that I felt weren't really representative of her skills, and they were easily forgettable because she has so many that are on directly on point. And also, she just rocks, so there is that as well.
One of my relatives had those little tongs and he used to put them in a bowl with sugar cubes to lift them out. Amazing video! I decided to buy the poetry book for my little daughter off the back of this video!
yeah, sugar tongs (maybe there's an actual word for them in English?) are indeed a thing, it was the first thing that came to my mind when they showed up
I grew up with a bunch of these and we always used them to grab slices of bread when they were done in the toaster! Funny how these little tongs can have multiplie usages
you know what might be a fun video? Using the Camper's guide to make a role play video of a mountain Ranger/ Artist/ Biologist who finds a hiker in the woods and takes them into the cabin with fire place and makes them an almond crusted trout dish etc. Another fun one might be a 1920's style "glamping" or "garden safari" video.
I can picture some sort of geode dragon from the egg, one with crystal-like scales that liked to live near volcanoes and go under lava. I love Maybell’s character and how she describes the dragons
As much as I like your planned role plays - which show how much talented and artistic you are - these are definitely my most favorite type of videos on your channel! You were born to describe, show, talk about, trace stuff - so freakin' interesting and relaxing at the same time! Thanks for great content Erin!
Wow the egg is so cool!! I would imagine a night dragon. So dark that you can only see him in fullmoon nights when the moonlight hits his skin and he sparkels like the crystals inside the egg.
I would LOVE an entire video of you reading from that pretty verses book. It's so wholesome! And what a beautiful and thoughtful gift to receive from your mum. Thanks for another lovely video Erin, goodnight all ♡
You can describe the contours of your shoe and I'll come back to that video as long as I have sleepless nights. You do such a good job than you turned my hell into actual fun. I went from hating myself every second of the night to actually looking forward to going to bed. You are doing good work.
I think the antique game you have might be something like pick-up sticks, where you spill the little sticks (spellicans?) on the table in a pile and pick them up one by one without moving any of the others.
I have always enjoyed the show and tell series, you always have the coolest and quaintest little objects to show and talk about. I loved the egg 🥚 so cool! And that umbrella 🌂 is sooo perfect for Quite A Strange. The chiropractic on the book was great. Always got my back (literally)!
Oh wow, show and tells are my favourite videos! I like how they are divided into several equally significant sections with their own sounds and triggers
My mom gave me a children’s poetry book when I was a child, and I was so pleasantly surprised when you turned the page to ‘The Cow’ - I was reciting it along with you ☺️ lovely video as always 💞
I’m so excited!!! I’ve watched all your show and tells a million times because I love how you describe things and trace them, it’s my favorite trigger of all time and nobody does it as well as u! Thank u for making my day!
I absolutely love the crystal egg!!! I have a feeling that it could be a Moon Dragon that lives on the outskirts the Night Kingdom and dwells mainly in caves where the crystal obsidian is found.
Erin I have a video idea for you!! You could be the owner of a whimsical board game cafe! You could go over some games and their rules (like you did in this video with evolution) that you think the table would like, you could make them lattes and give them snacks! It would be sooo cute and relaxing I think! I love when you explain things and read things out to us with tracing and tapping ❤️
I love the way you read out loud the cooking instructions and do the matching hand movements could you maybe make a separate video with these triggers? Great work as always, Erin! :)
I always love Erin's show & tell videos 💛 The print media chiropractor trigger is awsome, glad to see it's becoming a part of the regular repertoire. 👍
i have really sensitive vision so i can't look at screens for too long at night, so i love when you do these videos describing the items so that i can imagine the video in my head!
I'm so happy you've found a little niche theme with chiropractic ASMR, becauae I must say there is absolutely nothing more soothing! Wonderful as always ^^
omg love native !! I’ve been using them for a few years and they’re the only natural deodorant that doesn’t cause me problems and lasts well. my favourites are lavender rose and lilac & white tea
Oh I love Evolution! You can also play it with two players. I always take a pic of the table at the end of a game with the species we 'invented' and their cards to try to imagine what they all look like later and maybe draw them.
Erin just have that natural talent, besides the fact that she is a natural beauty, she has that incredible voice. She gives me kinda weird feeling, but in a good way..love you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I don't remember any of the canonical dragons in Babblebrook Cinematic Universe, but consider: the dragon that hatches from that egg is roughly the shape of a staffy terrier, but lizard-y and much bigger. It can't really fly long distance due to its stubby wings but it can certainly run and jump.
Could you do a full video of chiropractics on a book? (i.e feeling for tension, cracking, popping, flipping through “tense” pages and popping them, etc.) it’s an oddly specific trigger I found in this video and I need more of it.
The "spellicans" one is probably spillikins!! I used to play it a lot as a kid, and I remember my set was red and blue and had little tridents on the end of some!! It was slightly similar to jenga, but I haven't played it in a while so I might be wrong!!
There's something so funny about seeing ASMRtists whove been doing it for so long that certain things become habit or association. Rubbing the books back was a perfect example, because she's done plenty of triggers, it pings in her mind to do this one and there's something so cool about that. Recently recorded my first ever Asmr video and im hoping there's many to come! Show and tell seems fun too, I have so much crap I'm sure I could make at least one interesting video XD
I used to have a old grocery store tab booklet and if I remember correctly for a years worth of groceries the bill was about $13. I love little insights of the times like that. 😊
oh my gosh that egg is amazing! also, I'm a huge board game nerd and have always wanted to play Evolution, but I haven't played it because I heard some of the game mechanics are a bit wonky. If you enjoy it though, I highly recommend Oceans! The game play is a bit more balanced, but it is similar and just as gorgeous to look at!
I bet that "campers" book felt fantastic after having it's "spine" adjusted....some really interesting objects in this one, to go along with Erin's captivating imagination!!... awesome video ...thank you again!!....
Wow I loved the chiropractics on the book! ❤️ Would you make a whole video of doing that and tapping on different books? Oh and I used to have a game with the sticks like that! We would dump them on the floor and mess them up, you needed to take out a single stick without making the others move, kind of like jenga:)
