As someone who doesn’t sleep enough due to working two jobs, not having a balanced diet, and recovering from depression, I needed this. In real life, I’ve started to make lifestyle changes such as: -Giving up soda along with other unhealthy sugary drinks/Drinking more water -Meal prepping at home/eating out less -Treating myself every so often But, I still struggle with going to sleep on time, eating fruits and veggies (since I don’t like most of them) and being positive in general especially with everything happening in the world right now. I love the headpats, positive affirmations, and the cute, but tough love. I’m just shy of 30, so I really need to get myself together. Thank you, Skitty!

I'm 4 months in on my no processed food clean eating life style change. Im also doing keto for a month then healthy eating for a month and so on until I get my 6 foot 5 Butt to 187-230! Not too sure what I'll look like at 230 but I'll find out xD gone from 320 to 272 im getting there lol.
