Tonight I'll be doing a sleep hypnosis session consisting of 10 stages.
We'll count the stages with a counter and each stage will consist of exercises that will make you more and more sleepy and tired as we go through the video, but I can tell you you'll very likely be asleep before the end.
This video includes a mix of soft-spoken with occasional ear to ear close whispering for tingles! It also includes guided breathing to help you calm down both your body and mind, guided body relaxation, lots of visual triggers with hypnotic hand movements, blink on command triggers and also a guided imagery with ocean sounds to help you drift off to sleep. It starts with your eyes open but you'll close them midway through.
