Tonight's video is all about anxiety relief & grounding meditation.
I'll be doing some breathing exercises with you using a Tibetan bowl to make your mind relax and calm down and will also be guiding you through a body scan meditation using ethereal sounding koshi chimes (thank you to the kind anonymous person that gifted me through throne wishlist!). Lastly we'll do a quick negative energy pulling and we'll burn it together in the flame of a candle.
If you're trying to fall asleep hope this one will also help in calming your mind and getting your body ready to rest!
