I cannot believe this worked. I was just staring away at my spot and breathing away thinking “this probably won’t put me to sleep but it is nice and relaxing” and the next thing I knew it was 8am. I haven’t slept that well in a long, long time!

I wish this video didn’t have 28:35 to the finish. I have looked and looked through all the sleep hypnosis on this channel, I found one that doesn’t have the sleep induction section. I have also read through a lot of comments and haven’t come across any that talk about the sleep induction one way or the other if its not all this popular on thee video it would be about perfect if that section could be replace with rain sounds or anything like that . I love these hypnosis video the content is excellent as far as her soft spoken amd the knowledge. It’s that sleep Induction part. I know she can’t %100 please everyone. But if the sleep induction section could be left out or replaced. It the up close SleeP sleeeep it immediately wakes me and also I get a super irritated feeling its opposite asmr reaction or something idk same with drinking loud smacking I absolutely can’t handle that.

I see the covid donation thing at the top there. My daughter had a covid positive at her work so she had to get tested. No result yet, but it’s been since Saturday and she’s fine. Still, I’m on edge. We’ve self quarantined just in case, though I’m mostly confident that we’ve nothing to worry about. Lol I’m more bothered by the kids missing school, I think. Glad I found this. I need to relax and not be wound up. Bored kids are stressful.
