What is ASMR?
“ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) or TINGLES are a relaxing, often sedative sensation that begins on the scalp and moves down the body that are triggered by placid sights and sounds such as whispers, accents, and crackles.”
I remember my first time experiencing Tingles! Watching a friend of mine read a book while listening to him turn the pages and lick his finger as he turned each one.
It made my head feel soooo fuzzy I fell asleep right in the armchair I was sitting in.
My goal is to help recreate that feeling for some of you!

Trust me my friend, I know how those feel. They are one of the worst and scariest things I’ve ever experienced. I’ve suffered from panic attacks since I was young and I’ve only JUST started managing them. I’m so sorry you have to deal with them too. Sending you all the love I can 🫶💖💖💖💖💖

What helps me is I sit down in a chair when I feel it coming because it’s only a matter of a few minutes before my body freaks out. So find a seat or laying down on your stomach is even better, get away from people, take off any sweaters you may have and I personally detach the back of my bra. Then I sit still and try to breathe. Let your body cry, your hands might clamp shut and be very cold and stiff so just let it happen and focus on your breathing the best you can. I also close my eyes and sitting in front of a fan I found helps too.

ditto to so much of @/skylars shares!! to add, for me cold temperature shocks help as well, if you can lay on your stomach on a cold floor that’ll help the body focus on a different sensation I also use ice packs often on my back, sides and stomach to bring my heart rate and any cramping down. hope this helps the physical so you can focus on calming your mind all the best to y’all

Last night was the first time I watched Cosmo and my, best decision ever. The night time anxiety and rumination came hard before sleep because my geriatric 20 year old cat has been unwell and accidents have happened and, well, the thoughts have been ugly. Seeing Cosmo anxious and weary washed a lot of my self-judgement away… I don’t know why😅 but something about seeing cute and sweet Cosmo just helped me realise that things are bigger than me and it’s ok to be gentle on myself and get the rest I deserve… And I was out like a light!!!! This channel and it's character.., i -i mean your lifestyle!, is really fresh and genius. It represents the truth of a wholesome experience, much like a Disney Cruiseship or a Ghost tour. Something that's so themed that it steps away from cruelty, and impored itself to dive into a different world that well you know.., doesn't worry about going to the bathroom, or what's passed the little main area of something, or who the architect of this castle is or why there is a ship in a waterpark with no captain. A childs imagination, remaining pure and focused. It's wonderful, and more mature than most care to admit.

It's been such an incredibly rough week at work for me. Tomorrow is the last day and then I'll finally have a free sunday for once. I've actually been so stressed, that my eye keeps twitching at work basically the entire day since tuesday, which... is actually a bit concerning, but I'm sure I'll be alright. It just shows that my body is tired, telling me "get a break, mate!" I can relate so much and would love a bit of pampering right now. I've been quite touch starved actually, but watching this video helped a bit. It's already nice to just enjoy a bit of well made ASMR and seeing my favourite pink buddy in good hands.
