I’ve been wanting to try this recipe for so long. Made it today and had it with soft boiled eggs- so good! Sweet, savory, and the slightest bit spicy depending on how spicy your gochujang and gochugaru is. I would say that if you try it though, maybe do 1/2 cup of water instead of 1/4 and boil it down if you want it to be thicker, because it was kind of salty. But so good!
