Hi there. I found a lot of problems with the system, at least when I was working as a social worker. At the time there were way too many cases per social worker and that can make it quite hard at times to get everything done the way you would like to do it. I understand that while working in that particular situation (county worker working with abused and neglected children) you cannot make perfect families. I still think that the workers are overtaxed and over worked. It was my experience that the case loads needed to be smaller. Having said that there are also issues with the clients. I believe that some of the time limits need to be changed so that the children do not languish in the system for too long. Those are just a few of the issues. What is your thought?😍😍
