I loved the infernal devices series, much more than the mortal instruments. The world isn't explained there as much, but you shouldn't be lost either. Also I'm very jealous of that Illumicrate special edition 🐢

I love my fairyloot and illumicrate subscriptions. So many pretty books. The illumicrate this woven kingdom was amazing and the fairyloot daughter of the moon goddess has without a doubt the prettiest stencilled edges I've ever seen

Girl ACOMF is just sooooo much better. Got me hooked on sjm. Did you read throne of glass? It is YA but maybe you'll enjoy it more. The plot is more complex and interesting. Also, something wilder was A LOT. I can't wait to hear what you thought about it 😂

the perfect crimes of marian hayes is delightful!!!! I would highly recommend reading the first book in the duology first called the queer principles of kit webb as the plots are kind of a direct follow on so it will make more sense if you do!! but also it is a different main couple so it would probably make sense without but depends on your preference if you like reading series in order!!
Us Desperaux kids really love those deckled edges, you're inspiring me to buy the paperback though. I read Sula by Toni Morrison last month and it had beautiful word smithing but it was very very dark. I would recommend her writing, I do have to read Beloved! I use Thriftbooks for almost every book I buy now because I'm trying to read the 50s/60s science fiction classics.
You should read Under the Banner of Heaven. It's kind of like true crime-related, and they just made a show about it on FX as well. Really good. Based in UTAH!
i absolutely love the pride and prejudice movies so i decided to read the book…. and it ruined it for me😭 the book bored me so much so if you want to read the book maybe listen to the audio book at the same time otherwise you will fall asleep during it (like i did)😭😭😭
Personally I wouldn’t really recommend ACOTAR and thing Throne of Glass is a much better series by SJM but nonetheless I hope you enjoy and your videos are literally the best + you look gorgeous xx
