Something that's been on my mind lately- sometimes I get questions to the tune of- "Why are so many of your videos soft spoken when your username has 'whisper' in it?" I started making ASMR videos before the term "ASMR" was commonly used. Back then we were the whisper community, so if someone had the phrase "whisper" or "tingles" in their username you knew they'd be posting ASMR. But luckily as time went on, our community started to have our own terms and names and these days most people know what ASMR is, which is so cool! It's why I eventually added ASMR to my name (ALB in Whisperland ASMR). To me, Whisperland is a place where everything is calm and gentle. I love making both soft spoken and whispering videos so I'm sure I'll always continue to create a mix of both 🥰
