Hi Friends!
Here's an extensive colour blindness test for you. These are tests I found online.
Note that the 2 tests are not equally difficult. The blue/pink test is very hard, especially numbers 9 and 10. There is nothing wrong with your vision if you're not able to see them. The numbers from the red-green test are not comparable with the numbers from the blue-pink test. If you have doubts about your vision, check with your practitioner, please.

I already knew I was color blind (Deutan) so I don't know why I was so shocked when I watched and "realized" I was colorblind 😂😂 Great Video Sophie!!

I have a very weird color blindness to certain colors. I see specific shades of green as blue, specific shades of purple as blue, and I see red and dark orange as the same color. I can see most shades of green as green and purple as purple. I was able to read all the tests in this video except the last two (9 and 10), those just looked like pink circles with no orange in them so I guess I can add that shade of orange into my list of random colors I can't see. When I was in elementary school my teacher yelled at me for coloring the sky in a picture purple and didn't believe me when I said I had thought it was dark blue. In high school a friend had a Kermit stamp on his hand and I asked him why Kermit was neon blue. Turned out it was neon green. No one else in my family has color blindness of any kind. Genes are interesting things sometimes.

You can have Tritanopia combined with Protanomaly or viceversa but I'd probably say you have Tritanopia. I'm a tritan and when i was a kid i used to make all those mistakes except the blue-purple one which i know purple looks more like grey to me and it's usually reddish or in a lighter way idk how to explain

@@r89d Based on the definition I might have a form of triranopia (the green/blue errors) though I'm not sure about the red/purple or yellow/pink errors. I might have trouble with those and just never ran into a situation where I miss ID those colors. I don't think I have protanomaly because I don't struggle with red/green errors. If I had to describe it, it's like certain shades of the secondary colors (green, purple, orange) are hue shifted to their closest primary colors (blue, red, and maybe yellow) without changing in intensity or brightness. Colors that most might describe as blue-green or aqua I'd see as totally blue with no green at all. They need a more comprehensive color blind tests where they just lay out every color on a table and let you organize them where you think they go. Don't know how you'd set a base line for that test though since we all probably see colors differently from each other.

So. On the colors list. All the ones you said were green looked gray, some of the red ones could have been green but I got the others that were Blue Black & yellow. Got NONE of the 1st 14 c-gap circles. Saw nothing in any. Got in the book, 09, 97, & the Lightning bolt immediately, none of the others though I could see at all. In the last bit of c-gap circles I got all immediately other then #10 and missed on my guess by just a smidge. Green I guess I can’t see much of and some reds. I knew I was colorblind but now I have a more refined understanding of where my weaknesses lye. TY ❤️💕❤️

I could not see any of the last test, it shook me, but I do use a blue light filter when watching ASMR. Watching it again on the following day, without the filter, I could actually see it. 😅

When you say where is the gap, is there supposed to be a ring with a break inside the jumbalation ? I think the only thing I saw clean was 97 lol I could see the 34 and the heart but not cleanly. I knew I was colour blind because we did the tests when we were 4 or 5 but i don't remember failing that badly!

My dad is colorblind, and apparently so is my ex, which he failed to mention in almost a decade of marriage. So my firstborn, despite having 2 X chromosomes, still has mild red color vision deficiency. They can see greens just fine, but pink tends to look grey & dark purple looks dark blue. Genetics are a trip.

It's just stressful lol for me some blues look purple some pink some grey. Some greens look yellow some reds look green, some greens look brown and vice versa etc etc Once the tone or shade goes past the 3 clear primary colours I'm pretty much just guessing especially when mixed. In all those dot tests the only thing I could really see was the 97.

Oh, I have known for a long time that I am a strong protan color blindness. It's sad really because we don't see colors as vivid as others. 10:58 those are incredibly hard. I failed all of them. 20:22 thank you luv
