Dee, this is relaxing. I am a firefighter, and sleep disorders are a side effect of the job due to waking up multiple times at night for calls. Sleep aids aren’t an option because when we have to go to work, we have to be focused and alert. ASMR for me is an excellent choice. It relaxes me after returning from a call, and I fall asleep. This rain spa 🌧felt like the most heavenly spa! A beautiful caring angel tends to your stress and miraculously soothes it away! 🥰Oh my goodness was this a needed gift of relaxation!! 🤗I loved every minute AND trigger. I was so surprised how soothing and tingly the crystal sheet tracing and cloud plucking were. You never loose your touch Dee! Me too, I like to watch the first few minutes to get an idea of the aesthetic, then close my eyes for the rest so I can actually fall asleep. Asmr with descriptions of what is going on are the best for this.

Hi Dee, Ive been watching some of your Christian youtube channels videos and im really enjoying them! I have never been religious, and even 2 years ago when my dad suddenly passed away when i was 17, i was mad when people would say they would pray for me. But now, going through my grief journey and beginning healing, I would like to have faith in a higher power, and know how to look for my dad in everyday life rather than him ceasing to exist ultimately. Have you got any recommendations on how to start finding my faith?❤
Hi my love. I’m sorry about your dads passing. I can’t even begin to imagine how hard it’s been for you. Healing isn’t linear but it certainly has purpose when we belong to Christ.
