I never knew what ASMR was until I was pregnant and came across your video's. I watched them every day, they kept me so relaxed and chilled. Now my little bambino is 8 weeks old and I still watch your videos for relaxation. I'm also adamant he knows your voice as he automatically chills out. It's brilliant. Thank you for your video's xx

I did this same thing while I was pregnant with my 6 month old. Emma relaxes him and I both now. He goes to sleep almost instantly when he hears her.

Hello Emma. I'm just an ordinary girl, I can sleep, I have regular problems. Even though I discovered your channel and since then I watch every video. It helps me to relax before sleep or even sometimes during the day, when I feel like having super relaxing moment. Thank you for being there and doing your amazing job. You help many people, those who struggle everyday with insomnia, depression and lota of other problems, but you also deliver good and helping vibes to many who just seek for relaxation. After each of your videos I feel relaxed but also in a good mood to be a nice human being. This is more than plain tapping and talking, this is spreading good energy around the world. 2018 was the year I discovered asmr. Emma, I cannot express my gratitude towards the amount your incredible videos got me through this year. Doing my senior year at school, applying for universities, managing a pretty horrid part time job and dealing with mental health complications, asmr is what helped me keep calm in times of rest. You have been one of the few asmrtists I came/come back to. Your energy, grace and tranquility is so infectious, and I have fallen asleep to so many of your videos in this past year. Not only this, you have taught me how to simply pause. To take time for myself to rest, reflect and be still, which eventually helped me be calm in daytime, stressful situations, such as work and my end of year exams. If you do ever come across this comment: I thank you immensely. Please continue the spread the love and light you share with your following. I hope the oncoming year treats you well. Much love xxxx

Watched this one my phone last night in bed and it definitely helped me fall asleep, but I didn't get any tingles. Watching it again just now with my Logitech headset and I got tingles within the first 3 seconds where I'd left off! I forgot the difference headphones can make! Thank you, Emma!

Random memory. I discovered your channel while vacationing in Florida at the beach in summer 2016. I couldn't sleep and was looking for a new asmr artist. Hello from California! I am a new subscriber. Just discovered ASMR and its positively changed everything for me. I have UC, ASD, Asthma, Epilepsy, and Arthritis. I'm 35 and I still very much want to live my life. I've been an athlete much of my life and it's really heartbreaking for me to just sort of have to stay in bed it causes a lot of agitation and frustration which doesn't help any of my conditions. Since I discovered ASMR I've just been so much more peaceful and relaxed. I haven't had any meltdowns and far fewer seizures than I would have had normally which allows me to deal with everything so more effectively. Thank you so much! 💖💖
