What if the dirt is very good on it's own and you should appreciate it :] (I am very tired and as of right now writing this I still don't know what I'm talking about)
I would love for you to do some kind of house tour, your background always looks so cozy and I can just imagine how cozy and amazing your whole place looks like
This video has one of my favorite things you do. Not the tracing...the tracing is nice and all and I do like it... but what I really like is when you describe the things you're tracing. Especially illustrations.
I think the lantern bearers is on display at an art museum not too far from where I grew up. It was really cool to see a little slice of home here :) thanks Erin!
I have the lantern print on my wall and I feel the same exact way about it!! It’s one of my absolute favorite pieces of art I have ever seen and it’s just so lovely
I love when you do tracing triggers, especially with letters :) A whole video with them? Absolute heaven ❤️ By the way, your meal from the ad in the beginning looks really good lol. I've kind of been having the same sort of food for lunch and dinner recently as well.
I’ve never had one of those “looking for an asmr video and I got this notification at the perfect time” moments you see people talking about in the comments but I guess today was my turn. Literally just set my alarms and was about to open the app to find a video. Perfect timing!
This is a strange observation but something about the lantern boys' expressions and their uniformity in the first painting makes me feel like they're participating in some kind of beautiful cult ritual, kind of contrasts in an interesting way with the beauty of the lanterns/sky! I love it.
I love that read. I saw it similarly, and similarly loved it. I saw it as one person performing a ritual in one space at first before Erin commented on their beautiful little intricate differences. I also love that plate you showed from Anthropologie! I want to track down that illustrator! Thanks for highlighting so much great art and talking about what you love about it.
Aaaaa! Perfect timing!! Just got back from school, perfect way to relax!! Thank you so much! I hope you and everyone reading have a wonderful day!! ♥️♥️
Thank you so much for this video, I really needed it tonight. I've been in a tough spot lately and I was really feeling empty tonight I didn't know what to do and then I opened youtube at 3a.m. after 2 hours of staring at the blank ceiling and I find your video right in front of me. I instantly clicked on it knowing it'd have a calming effect on me. Thank you so much for always being so sweet ✨
The lantern bearers is located at Crystal Bridges in Rogers, Arkansas and truly took my breath away the first time I saw it. Truly an enrapturing painting.
"Daybreak" and "Top of the Hill" are my two of favorites: got to see a rough version of "Daybreak" at a small museum in Nashua, NH. The colors just glow in his work, don't they??
I would love to hear more descriptions of various products like that short section with the eyeshadow palette and macarons! With the accompanying tapping and tracing that pairs so well! E.g. make up, skincare, instruction pamphlets, food or household item labels, book synopses, tags
Omg I work at the art museum where the lantern bearers is displayed! Even met the grandson of the painter! It’s one of my favorite pieces! I love your videos!
OMG i’ve seen the lantern bearers painting in person, it’s at Crystal bridges in bentonville arkansas. It’s a really cool art museum if you ever get the chance to visit i’d totally recommend it. Amazing video as always :)
It's almost 3am. I can't fall asleep. This Video just came perfect. My last hope. And I know your voice will send me to sleep in no time, like always ♡
I love your tracing! One of my favorites that I always go back to is the Lofi tapping and tracing in the library from a few years ago 😍 can’t wait to watch this before bed tonight!
Can I just say, YOU ARE GORGEOUS!?!?!! Also, you are a very talented ASMRtist. Your delivery is amazing and I love your mannerisms and the vocabulary you use, plus just the way you speak in general. Also a huge fan of the alternating between soft spoken and whispering. AND I LOVE CRINKLE SOUNDS SO THIS VIDEO WAS PERFECT. THANK YOU❤❤
Sugar Pill love! Thanks for shouting out the artist on the pallete as well as the painting print. You always have great things to share with us. Love to see your tastes.
I could listen to a video of just you whispering and tapping on things non stop. Your voice is always so tingly, and every time you start tapping on stuff I want it to last for an hour.
I would highly recommend the sticker book to anyone who likes bullet journaling, I have the same one but in blue and the stickers are absolutely beautiful
erin!!!! my mom has that fairy soap sign!!! we’ve had it in our bathroom my whole entire life and it’s one of my all time favorite things from my childhood. i’m so excited to see it in this video i could sob!!!! :’) that was so cool omg
That painting very much put me in mind of reading old Rupert the Bear annuals when I was we. The inside covers always had delightful painted scenes and one had the characters in the crepuscular gloaming carrying Chinese lanterns. Do you have Rupert in the States? I think you would like the retro whimsicality of it Erin. Thank you for the delicious video.
@@mjb6442 Aye me too, I live near Arbroath. I sometimes still get a Rupert annual, but I'm cheap, so especially if it's reduced in the sales at WH Smith's....I'm 51 🤓
@@mjb6442 The staff in Arbroath"s Smith's just moan at length about how horrible it is working in Smith's....particularly the boss...and it's expensive; but it is the only "bookshop* in town. Thanks for the heads up though, I will be sure to avoid your local branch at all costs if I'm ever in Ayr 😆
Now that I remember, you are the first ASMartist I ever saw do this tracing thing. Idk if you were the first ever to do it but I feel like you definitely influenced a lot more people to do it back in the day.
As always, so wonderful and relaxing. I might have a theory behind your conventional shallot - "conventional" is often used to mean not organic, so if all the other ingredients in the box were organic then maybe they decided to signpost the shallot.
The first image you traced actually has the moon in it, but it correlates with the lanterns and can be easily missed. It's the shape to the upper right.
i don’t know if i’m being paranoid or something, but i’m rewatching erin’s videos and i find that in this period of time she shows a lot of signs of anxiety. i hope things are getting better erin 🫂🫂🫂 take it slow and u will be fine 🫶🏻
You know the phrase, "I love that actor so much, I'd watch him read the phone book"? I always thought that was absurd but I just realized I watched Goodnight Moon reading the label on a pack of cotton rounds and was happy to do it
Love a Moon tracing video! Its sad that I really only have 2 or 3 good tracing videos I go to. ASMR doesnt really work when you know the script... lol PS...I'm not saying that those 2 or 3 videos are anything about her...I was saying that there are few good tracing videos that have been recently uploaded by the main artists. I love Moon. I wasn't saying she has ONLY done 2 or 3 "good" tracing videos. (* ducks and covers *)
My grandma used to obsess over the fact that certain soaps would float in the bathtub. I think it was a marketing ruse at one point to prove that a particular soap was more "pure" than others.
My sister and I tried making macarons once and it was a miserable failure. We didn’t have a mixer and we couldn’t whip fast enough so I tried duct taping a whisk to my drill… it was better but still not fast enough to get a good whip and the macarons fell flat. Ah well. 😂
