I’ve been having super vivid dreams lately, and not in a good way. The dreams aren’t bad, they’re just weird in the way that dreams are. When I wake up I always have a weird feeling and it’s not fun. I’ve had one dream that I actually thought was kinda funny when I woke up, but otherwise I just wake up and feel weird. I hadn’t had any vivid nightmares until last night, and when I woke up I thought I was deaddddddd and it sucked. This helped a lot because I woke up having a slight panic attack, so thank you so much Sarah!!

i just want to say thank you, i know this video is 5 months old so u may not see this but i wanted to share my thanks anyways. your anxiety targeted videos have always helped me and i appreciate them so much because i feel like u truly understand. even before i watched your normal asmr i would find your anxiety asmr and it would always help me feel at least better. some nights for me are rougher but you are always there

In answer to which language would you like to learn to fluency, it would have to be Arabic, which would allow me to speak to my Iraqi girlfriend and parents in their native language, and also be able to interact with some patients (I'm a med student) without the need for an interpreter.

There's a tropical storm happening in my area, and in my complex apartment we've lost several trees and they've fallen on buidling and on lake and cars. It's very frightening and this video helped so much. So I thank you very much 💕
