I think the orange sauce is the "shrimp sauce" ppl use in Japanese food 🤔🤷? & The green sauce is prob a Thai chilli sauce . The green sauce is prob more healthy & just more traditional to her roots, I guess . Or she just has a tendency to like it more bc she's more used to it.

I think that’s the way this type of sushi has to be eaten but I’m not 100% sure. Some sushi is supposed to be eaten in one bite while other sushi can be bit in half.
