Here’s how I make my twice baked potatoes!! Baked potatoes and let cool. Then half them and scoop out the insides to make a potato bowl. Mix the filling with sour cream, milk, salt and pepper and cheeseeeee. Fill it back in and cover with more cheese and bacon pieces. Bake at 350 until the cheese is nicely melted. I like adding chives or green onions on top for some freshness haha. Enjoy

Heres a recipe for my potatoe skins/twice baked potatoes! 1)Get your potatoes 2)Boil OR Bake your potatoes 3)Half your potatoes 4)Fry some bacon 5)Grate some cheese 6)scoop out your potatoe and mix the bacon and cheese into the potatoe 7)place potatoe back into the potatoe skin,grate some cheese on top then put them in the oven and enjoy!
