I have a deep depression, high anxiety and stress diagnosed, because of that I live always in fear, stress and constant tiredness, I can't even sleep! But nowadays I can finally get calm and relax thanks to your videos... You can't imagine how grateful I am❤️

why is nobody talking about how he is not having finger frostbite with the ice part because when i touch ice it stings after a while, this mans is holding it for a while!
Ice isn’t FROSTBITE cold. If you get really cold water or ice and you become a trooper and stick your hand in it for a long time, your hand gets used to the temp and it doesnt feel as cold as before. I did this to my right hand, the water felt warm after a while. Or he just endured the cold.

@@peachseob94 Well, asmr makes me sleep when I lie down and leave it at maximum volume, when I'm studying I leave it at medium volume, it makes me more relaxed and focused.
I never liked channels with no talking for a long time but this channel (along with a few others lately) have given me massive tingles and a bunch of sleep. Proud subscriber! :)
