Hello everyone,
Today's video is a topic I felt not only myself needed to hear, but you all as well. I apologize for my lack of articulation and direction within this video... hopefully you feel the sincerity within it! Every word I say to you, I'm always in hopes you grasp my intentions and direction for this beautiful journey I get to call OUR channel.

You helped me sleep after a 2 hour long panic attack, I couldn't breathe at all, it was terrible, my boyfriend and my mom were so scared...thank you, really. I'm still sore from it and still recovering, but thanks to this video and your words I managed to calm down and fall asleep. Thank you, thank you a million times Grace

JPGAMERs113 I had a job interview the next day, plus I have binge eating disorder which makes me feel extremely bad about myself, so I guess it all worked together to make me freakout..plus the stuff I don't even know about that added up as well oh Lord

I really needed this video Grace. In the past couple weeks, Ive lost all my best friends save for maybe 2, which is better then all of them I guess. Just happened out of the blue and blamed myself so much even though I dont know what I did. I am blessed I still have one friend I consider a Sister and she continues to this day to really help me. Im still in a struggle with myself and it been very difficult due to seeing my once friends completely pretend I dont exist. Im still going on and being the guy everyone still knows, loves and appreciates, even though some look at me in disgust. We love you Grace and thank you again for this, so very much. ❤️❤️❤️

Ive never been one to express myself so directly, more with imagery and symbolism. Obscuring my thoughts behind a veil of metaphors and euphemisms. But just for one moment, I want to be open and honest. If we can't express ourselves directly and be prepared to expect negativity, then we'll surely crumble under the weight of our insecurities.
