Irl asmr helped me focus during a really stressful quiz, though it felt like my brain melted. I was really surprised afterwards when I noticed I'd done so much better than usual! I hadn't thought I'd focused at all, but it really did help me! Doing homework though, it has never helped me (RIP)

This really helped me, Grace. I never felt more accepted by anyone. I have a dark past with depression, anxiety, and self harm. I've been seeing a therapist for almost 3 years and a half now.
